While the average American just wants Team Biden to start focusing on and solving economic issues, it and its Pantsuit Empire allies are ignoring those and are instead beating the war drums, trying to stir up an unnecessary war with Russia.

As background, Russia has stationed some of its troops somewhat close to the Ukrainian border. The Globalist American Empire, still furious at Putin for seizing Crimea and aiding the rebels in Donbas, have used that as evidence that he’s plotting an invasion.

Few agree; even the CIA, which normally goes along with what the GAE wants, has said an invasion is unlikely. Adding to that, Putin has pulled back ten thousand troops and hasn’t engaged in normal pre-war activities, such as stockpiling munitions.

Still, however, Team Brandon seems intent on starting a war over some damn fool thing in the Donbas. Rather than bow to reality and recognize that Red China, not nationalist Russia, is the real threat, it is beating the war drums.

Most recently, Secretary of State Antony Blinken beat those drums on ABC’s “This Week.” Here’s what happened.

First, George Stephanopoulos, the program’s anchor, said, “We now know that President Putin has forces surrounding Ukraine on three sides. He’s made it clear that he believes Russia and Ukraine are one people. Do you think he’s already made the decision to take control of Ukraine?

At first, Blinken responded reasonably, indicating that diplomacy is still on the table. Though he and his GAE allies are obviously licking their chops at the idea of war with Russia, he was at least able to restrain his first response and keep it within the lines, saying:

“George, I don’t know if the decision’s been made, and it’s clear that we’ve offered him two paths forward. One is through diplomacy and dialogue. The other is through deterrents and massive consequences for Russia if it renews its aggression against Ukraine. And we’re about to test the proposition of which path President Putin wants to take this week.

We have important conversations that are taking place between us directly at NATO, at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. And the question really now is whether President Putin will take the path of diplomacy and dialogue or seek confrontation.”

Then, unwilling to let Blinken get away with a less confrontational answer, Stephanopoulos pushed him to rattle the saber, asking “What are those massive consequences if, indeed, Russia does invade?

Instead of responding by calling that a ridiculous question obviously asked to ratchet up tensions and beat the drums of war, Blinken went along with it and said:

We’ve been working in tremendous collaboration with European partners and allies and beyond to make it very clear that there will be massive consequences for Russia if it renews its aggression by which I mean economic, financial, and other consequences, as well as NATO almost certainly having to reinforce its positions on its eastern flank near Russia, as well as continuing to provide defensive assistance to Ukraine.

So much for that cringy “Reset Button” stunt from the Obama days. Looks like Team Brandon is intent on dragging us back to heightened tensions with Russia, the country they’d prefer to fight, rather than Red China, the country we need to fight.
